Apply softly to improve coating efficiency! 'Ultrasonic Spray Nozzle'

Atomize the coating liquid with piezo vibration! Minimal splatter and rebound without pressure! Compatible with a wide range of flow rates.

The Sonia Corporation's "Ultrasonic Spray Nozzle" utilizes piezoelectric vibrations to vibrate liquids. It forms fine particles and sprays them. It can accommodate a wide range of liquid flow rates from 10 mL/min to 100 mL/min, and since it does not apply pressure to the liquid, it features minimal splatter and rebound. There is no waste of the application liquid, and a large booth is not necessary. It is suitable for applications such as coating, humidifying, and disinfecting. 【Features】 - Resistant to clogging and has high operational safety - Uniform ultrasonic atomization regardless of liquid flow rate - Low power consumption and inexpensive running costs - Available in two types: wide spray and narrow spray. ★ We are currently offering a demo unit for you to try out! ★

"Ultrasonic Spray Nozzle" series that sprays softly without pressure.

Atomization of liquid without pressurization by piezo vibration. Enables uniform application while reducing power consumption and liquid waste.

Ultrasonic waves are transmitted to the nozzle through the vibration of piezoelectric ceramics, vibrating the liquid film to form and spray fine particles. It can handle a wide range of liquid flow rates from a minimum of 10 ml/min to a maximum of 100 ml/min, with a nearly constant particle size across the entire flow range. ◆Product Features◆ - Energy-saving as it can supply liquid with low power without pressurizing - Uniform atomization regardless of flow rate - Nearly constant particle size across the entire flow range - Resistant to clogging, ensuring high operational safety - Good coating efficiency due to the slow self-velocity of particles - Maximum flow rate for standard specifications is 100 ml/min - Operating frequency ranges from 20 to 130 kHz (varies by model) - Outer particle size ranges from 11.8 to 42 μm (varies by model) ◆Accessories◆ By using an air transport device, it is possible to freely change the spray shape of the applied fine particles (droplets). ◆Liquid Delivery Pump◆ Precise control is possible by using a syringe pump or similar for liquid delivery. ≪Key Point≫ Demo units are available for loan, so please feel free to contact us. ※※Ultrasonic Cleaning Equipment※※ Sonosis also manufactures and sells ultrasonic cleaning equipment.

Sonaer ultrasonic spray nozzle manufactured by Sonia Corporation

Spraying fine particles without pressure! Atomization through the vibration of piezoelectric ceramics!! Low power consumption and low energy costs!!

Ultrasonic waves generated by piezoelectric ceramics are transmitted to the spray nozzle (atomizer), where they vibrate the liquid film to create extremely fine particles for spraying. Liquid can be supplied and sprayed into fine particles without the need for pressurization. The flow rate varies depending on the model, but it can accommodate a wide range from a minimum flow rate of 10 ml/min to a maximum of 100 ml/min. Since pressure is not applied to the liquid, there is very little splatter or rebound, eliminating waste of the applied liquid. Additionally, there is no need for a large painting booth. This achieves a reduction in capital investment and running costs. *This product is a dedicated accessory for the ultrasonic spray nozzle manufactured by Sonia Corporation.

Sonosys Ultrasonic Spray Nozzle

A collaborative product of Rehila's nozzle technology and Sonosys's ultrasonic technology.

Particles (droplets) formed by the ultrasonic spray nozzle are broken up by the vibrations of the piezo element. In other words, unlike pressurized systems, the particles do not have speed. As a result, they either fall naturally or float due to the influence of the wind. Therefore, carrier air is used to transport the formed particles for application.
